Founded by Dr. Robert Greenberg more than four decades ago, The Rehab Group combines the very best hands-on techniques with state-of-the-art procedures — chiropractic, pain management, orthopedics, and physical therapy, all under one roof on East Tremont Avenue.

Our evidence-based approach to chiropractic care combines chiropractic manipulation, soft-tissue techniques, and therapeutic rehabilitation — because lasting recovery means treating the whole person, not just the symptom.
And because injuries don't fit neatly into one specialty, we built a multi-disciplinary team: chiropractors, an interventional pain management physician, an orthopedic surgeon, and a doctor of physical therapy — coordinated care that most offices can only refer out for.

Robert Greenberg, D.C.
A graduate of the National College of Chiropractic, Dr. Greenberg founded The Rehab Group in 1984. He is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia and Electro-Diagnosis, licensed as a chiropractic physician in New York and New Jersey, and a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the American Board of Disability Analysts, and the American Academy of Hospital Chiropractors.
Emanuel Roman, D.C.
A 1993 graduate of New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Roman specializes in herniated and bulging discs, neck and back problems, and sciatica. He is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia and Electrodiagnostics, and treats patients in both English and Spanish.
Paul Manadan, M.D.
Board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a CAQ in Pain Medicine, Dr. Manadan provides epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency neurotomy, and spinal cord stimulation — advanced pain care integrated with your rehabilitation plan.
Carla Danielson, D.C.
A 1998 graduate of New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Danielson is certified in Electromyography and has focused on diagnostic testing since 2004 — the objective findings that injury cases are built on.
Matthew Wert, M.D.
Dr. Wert specializes in arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine, and cartilage repair, and serves as Director of Sports Medicine at multiple facilities. When a case needs surgical evaluation, it stays within our coordinated team.
Imanuel Fuzailov, D.P.T.
A 2008 graduate of TOURO College, Dr. Fuzailov focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation and post-surgical spine rehabilitation — restoring strength and function after injury.
